S&R Properties was founded by two local couples who are passionate about travel, hosting and the quaint sea-side town of Avalon, NJ! Our goal is to provide a space that is as charming as it is comfortable, creating the perfect backdrop for your Jersey shore vacation. We have used our own personal travel experiences as a guide not only for maintaining our properties, but for caring for our guests.
